Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the RainGlyph macOS application (the “App”) and the rainglyph.com website (the “Site”), provided by the developer of RainGlyph, an individual entrepreneur registered in Ukraine (“we”, “us”, the “developer”). Full legal details are available on request at support@rainglyph.com. By installing the App or using the Site, you agree to these terms.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for its intended purpose on devices you own or control, consistent with the Apple Media Services Terms and the Mac App Store usage rules. The App is licensed, not sold.

Acceptable use

Don’t reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, resell, or modify the App except where that restriction is prohibited by law. Don’t use the App or Site to break the law or to infringe anyone’s rights.

Intellectual property

The App, the Site, the RainGlyph name, and all associated code, design, and assets belong to the developer and are protected by copyright and other laws. These terms grant you no ownership of them.

“As is”, no warranty

The App and Site are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every system configuration.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App or Site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

The Mac App Store

The App is distributed through the Mac App Store, so your purchase, download, and refunds are also governed by Apple’s terms. See our Refund Policy for how refunds work.

Privacy

The App collects no data. See our Privacy Policy for the details.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
