Refund Policy
Last updated:
RainGlyph is sold through the Mac App Store, so refunds are handled by Apple — not by the developer directly. We can’t issue App Store refunds ourselves, but the process is quick.
How to request a refund
Apple processes every Mac App Store purchase and refund. To request one:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account.
- Find your RainGlyph purchase, choose Request a refund, pick a reason, and submit.
- Apple reviews the request and decides the outcome, usually within 48 hours.
Eligibility and timing follow Apple’s policies, which vary by region. We don’t see your payment details and can’t override Apple’s decision.
Trouble with the app?
If something isn’t working, email support@rainglyph.com first — many issues are quick fixes, and we’d rather help than see you stuck. See Support.
Future direct purchases
If we ever sell RainGlyph outside the Mac App Store, this section will cover direct refunds. For customers in the EU/EEA buying digital goods directly, a 14-day right of withdrawal would apply — except where you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that the right is lost once the download begins. None of this applies today: all purchases currently go through Apple.
